Stephen has over 20 years experience in all property market sectors and is experienced in all property design disciplines. Until 2004, Stephen was based in Australia where he has been acknowledged as a significant contributor to the Australian national property industry. He was a foundation member of the technical steering committee for the Green Building Council of Australia (GB CA) and has contributed to many national publications. From 2004, Stephen’s focus has been on international projects and sustainability initiatives. Current projects include Burj Dubai Tower (the world’s tallest building) and he is also the Project Director for the Strategic Environment Assessment on MA SDA R City. In 2005, Stephen was Keynote Speaker and Session Chair at the first Green Building conference in the Middle East. In addition, he has been selected as a judge for the Ford Motor Company Conservation and Environmental Grants Scheme 2008, by the invitation of the United Nations (UNEP ) a participant in the Zayed International Prize and Conference 2008 (US $1 million award) and is a significant contributor to various summits, conferences and workshops as well as government and industry initiatives.
